Hanxiao Yang is a New York–based Registered Architect and design leader with over a decade of experience delivering large-scale residential, hospitality, transportation and mixed-use developments across the U.S. and internationally. She specializes in leading projects from concept through construction, aligning design vision with development strategy, operational goals, and user experience.

She began her career as an architect at top design firms including SOM, where she built a strong foundation in design and technical execution on complex, large-scale projects. She later moved to the owner side, taking on senior roles at The Durst Organization and Extell Development Company, where she has led projects with an integrated focus on development, design management, and delivery, working across multidisciplinary teams to balance design intent, budget, and schedule.
